Photo 3， Title: Father
Description: This picture was taken six years ago. Yet till now it is still my most favorite picture. First of all, this picture was the only surviving frame in a roll of film that was accidentally exposed before I developed it (That’s why there is a part of the right of the picture appearing totally whitewashed.). The picture was a snapshot that I did for one of my photojournalism classes. The scene may look plain to some eyes. But what has always moved me is the loving atmosphere between the father and daughter who I still do not know till today. Although the baggy eyes showed how much hard work the father had been doing, in a nice evening at the suburb of Beijing, he apparently enjoyed spending some time with his little daughter flying a kite resembling eagle.
Photo 1，Title: Chinese New Year
Description: In Chongqing, a southwestern municipality of China, the Chinese New Year not only means feasting from one home to another, but also is a good time for the adults to play their favorite game mah-jong. In a New Year gathering in 2004, Nie Ziying, 7, her cousin Beibei and the dog Lele had to find their own fun by running around.
