    摘要

    Abstract 

    纳兰性德是清朝词坛最杰出的词人,赢得了“北宋以来,一人而已”的赞誉,确立了他在清初词坛上巨擘(比喻杰出人物;在某一方面居于首位的人物)的地位。然而令人遗憾的是,研究者对纳兰性德的关注大多只集中在两个方面:一是对纳兰性德词集、年谱和手简的整理、笺校与考订;二是对其生平、诗词内容、风格及风格成因的研究。而对纳兰词语言修辞艺术的研究相对薄弱,较少有系统的论述。本文试图从语言修辞的角度着手,主要论述示现rhetoric appearance、映衬、重言double wordage、用典allusion四个有着纳兰词特色的修辞方法,探讨其在语言艺术上的风格和成就。 

    Acclaimed as “the only One since Song dynasty (960-1126),” Xingde Nalan is indisputably the greatest ci (or lyrics, a kind of Chinese classical poetry) poet in Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Earlier research on Nalan mainly focused on two aspects: one is the collection and authentication of his poetry anthology; the other is studies on his life, the content and styles of his poetry and how he gained his styles. However, research on the rhetoric of his ci lyrics is relatively a neglected area with few systematic literate works available. This article will try to look into the rhetorical aspect of Nalan’s poetry, discussing the style and significance of his use of four tools, including rhetoric appearance, contrast, double wordage and reference.

    一、绪论。介绍当前对纳兰词研究的概况,以及本文的研究意义。

    1. Introduction. An outline of existing research on Nalan’s poetry and the meaning of this study.

    二、示现。纳兰词中大量使用了示现这一辞格。首先,笔者按示现的四类对纳兰词进行了分析。其次,对纳兰在示现运用上的技巧:色彩处理和动态显现进行了探讨。

    2. Rhetoric appearance. Nalan’s ci makes great use of this figure of speech. This article will analyze the lyrics according to four categories of rhetoric appearances. Moreover, it will discuss the techniques of Nalan’s poetry in the use of rhetoric appearance, colors and dynamics.

    三、映衬。映衬在纳兰词中运用比较普遍。笔者首先对映衬的涵义加以界定,然后将纳兰词中的映衬格归纳整理为四类:情景之衬。不同时空之衬。动静之衬。冷暖色之衬。

    3. Contrast. It is another technique frequently applied in his poetry. This article will break the contrast device into four categories, including the contrast of scenes, contrast of time and space, contrast of activity and contrast of color temperatures.

    四、重言。重言是中国特有的修辞手法,也是词作中最常见的传统修辞格。纳兰词中重言的两种类型都有运用,而且数量较多。笔者从摹状(照事物原样描摹)、拟声(模拟声音)、造境(营造意境)、著色(描绘颜色)、音韵和谐五个方面来分析了纳兰词中使用重言所达到的修辞效果。

    4. Double wordage. A unique Chinese figure of speech, double wordage is also one of the most commonly used one in Chinese poetry writing. This article will assess the rhetorical effects of Nalan’s poetry from five aspects, including appearance description, onomatopoeia, artistic conception, color description and audio harmony.

    五、用典。用典包括“稽古”(引用古代文献史书中的历史、神话、寓言等故事)和“引经”(引用前人各种典籍中的语句)。首先,笔者将纳兰词中所用典故出处大致分为三类。然后,将纳兰用典技巧归为三点:使用熟典。活用典故。不着痕迹(用了让人看不出来)。

    5. Allusion. Allusion includes “historical citation,” which is a reference to historical events, fairy tales or fables found in ancient work or passages; and “historical quotation,” which is the direct quote of words from old-time books.

    六、结语。对纳兰词中既有纳兰词特色又具有普遍意义的修辞手法,如示现、映衬、重言、用典的运用进行分类阐释,有利于从语言学的角度去重新审视纳兰词的艺术成就。

    6. Conclusion. Analyzing the rhetoric devices featured in Nalan’s poetry, such as rhetoric appearance, contrast, double wordage and allusion, this article will be useful for researchers to look at the artistic achievement of Nalan’s poetry from a new perspective.

    学英语那么多年,最烦人的事就是搞翻译。许多时候,许多东西是只可意会不可言传的,有些东西甚至根本就不可译,比如中文的古文。

    但有些时候,形势所逼,喜欢不喜欢是由不得你的。表妹中文系研究生毕业,论文摘要需要翻英文,向我发出了趋于绝望的求救信号。现在的中文论文都要求英文摘要本身就是滑稽的事情,科技文章还好,全球共享科技成果。文科类的,尤其中文学的,谁来看你的文章?况且即使他看了英文摘要,句句是实,也绝对不知身在何方啊--非中文专业的人即使看了这中文论文的内容,认识字也不懂讲啥意思啊。

    一声长叹,本着人道主义精神,还是硬着头皮把活给揽下了。

    任务完成已经过去一段时日,有一事颇有些不快。翻好的东西星夜给传回中国,当事人却从此杳无音讯。收到否?满意否?有问题否?论文答辩成功完成否?没有答案。关键是我辛辛苦苦逐字逐句帮你抠成洋文,有觉得中文内容有不完全或者有歧义的地方我甚至上网查询求证,为求尽量不要太烂。结果完了人一句“没有功劳也有苦劳”的慰藉之词都没有,惘然。以后要是再遇到这样的事,怕是再也打不起精神了。罢了罢了。
